Tia Ray
Hi there! I'm Tia, born and raised in the heart of Houston, Texas. I'm a proud graduate of Texas Tech University, where I earned my degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Sports Management. With over a decade of experience in sports medicine and more than five years specializing in stretch therapy and recovery therapy, I've dedicated my career to helping people move, feel, and live better.
I treat my clients as family. Every person who walks through my doors is cared for with the same passion and purpose that inspired me to start this journey. My mission is to help you heal naturally, improve mobility, and rediscover what it feels like to live pain-free.
Outside of work, I'm all about family. I'm engaged and a proud mom to a wonderful daughter who keeps life exciting. I love bringing warmth, connection, and a little bit of laughter into everything I do.

"Tia is amazing; so personable and really listens to your concerns to ensure she is targeting your troubled areas. She’s amazing at what she does and takes her time to educate / explain the process.
I am so thankful to have met her and she has been /and is an essential part of my self care / health preventative routine.
I never knew how much I needed stretch therapy.. it’s not only for celebrity athletes yall 🤣"
First off, let’s start by saying I WISH I had found Tia sooner. I cannot recommend Resilient Rehab &Recovery enough, especially for anyone who is pregnant! Towards the end of my pregnancy, I was feeling all the aches, tightness, and discomfort that come with carrying a baby. The sessions were nothing short of amazing! My first session I didn’t know what to expect, but from the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The ambience was refreshing and very welcoming. Tia was super sweet, knowledgeable, gentle, and truly understood how to relieve tension in all the right places. After my first session, I could not wait to come back. Leaving every session, I walked out feeling lighter, more mobile, and so much more comfortable. Tia really goes above and beyond for her clients, she even went as far as visiting me in the hospital during labor. There we did assisted stretches, birthing ball exercises, and massage gun therapy to help aide me in the process. Although I wish I had gone to her throughout my entire pregnancy, I do believe that working with her in the short amount of time that I did made a world of difference during the delivery process. They say first time moms typically push for a while, but just 30 mins and baby was out. I’d like to think Tia had a lot to do with that. If you’re expecting, do yourself a favor and book a session—you won’t regret it!
